Ok. So that's 10 people for taxis then.

Oblivious (who lives in that neck of the woods) has recommended a taxi company and suggested that we would be better off getting the train to Coolmine, as that stop is closer to the brewery and has a car park for the Taxis.

Here is the plan then.
Meet in Connolly Station at 17:50.
Get the 18:08 train from Connolly to Coolmine.
Get taxis from Coolmine station to the Porterhouse Brewery.
Drink beer an go “ooh” and “ah” at brewery kit.

I will arrange for the taxis, but you will be responsible for acquiring your own train ticket and paying for the taxi in which you travel (It's not far, and the cost will be split among whoever isin the cab, so it won't be that much).

Getting back from the brewery will be played by ear, as I have no idea how long we will be there.
