Well done Bigears!

I hope you mentioned ICB in your acceptance speech. [i:d2c4hyms]Positively[/i:d2c4hyms] mentioned.

Nicely done Bigears. This looks like an event to mark down for next year.

Thanks, hopefully it will be an annual visit. A combination of great beers, company and setting all added up to a very enjoyable day. HC, I was given the task of delivering your 1st runner up prize (I got to taste the fantastic Industrial Stout after the competition) - don't know if I can make Thursday at the B&C so I may have to arrange something else.

A Big Thanks goes to Alison for organising the beer festival and competition and all the judges who I paid off to vote for me, it was 25c well spent. It was a pity that Jon didn't make it as he kindly donated his pale ale (served on cask) for the festival.

I am so dissapointed I could not be there and was so suprised and delighted with a 3rd place beer.
I know Alison was delighted with the attendance from the ICB members, who helped so much in the organisation of the judging, not to mention providing entries.
Alison described the winning beers to me, which only depressed me further as they sounded absolutly fantastic.
I hope we will get the oppurtunity to do this again and I will check my calander a little more carefully next time.
A special thank you to those who sampled my cask ale and were good enough to put some money in the Limerick Animal Welfare box.
