Not the holy trinity as such.
A Helles, wheat, red and IPA.
German brewer so they are sound recipes but not exciting. The IPA is a good example. It's nice and has a lovely malt profile but little in the way of hops. A good pale ale or Irish Pale Ale but not a real IPA as I would expect it. Closer to a British IPA than American, though the late hops are pacific gem, the rest are goldings and maybe fuggles I think.
All are unfiltered by the way.
I will certainly be back at some point.
