The Wicklow Brewery bar at Mickey Finn's.

Had a great night away camping. The Weiss was good, the IPA was nice also, not my usual style IPA though. The Brewery and bar area look great, the beers are good, and the dinner we had in Mickey finns was very good, highly recommend the restaurant there. I like the campsite too, fair bit to do if you had the time or kids with you, but security is tight!!

Reason for me leaving was I was eating food from the on site chipper where I was directed to by a member of staff. I didn't realise they actually serve food in the next room so he said I would have to go outside and eat.

He's not the sort to be impressed and I wasn't interested in grabbing the owners, who do know who I am <!-- s:wink: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt="" title="Wink" /><!-- s:wink: -->

At the end of the day, I had a great time and wasn't put out.

Nothing like word of mouth for a new business. A group of us were going to go down for the tour and few pints soon. Probably wont bother now.

Oh, still go down. I wasn't even perturbed by it myself. You can't let one old ass-hole ruin things. The beer is good, the venue is great. Prices are right!
