If I were them, I'd stay local and I'd cater to the tourists and music crowd, and those who are both: the Galway Hooker approach. And I'd probably just do a stout.

No problem, in conversation with Ger C, Btir it was decided it will be a blind tasting so everything will be fair, my self,Noby,Bigears, started with the Hooker last year no other beer got a chance.
