Looks like a very nice list, any info on the New Kerry Microbrewery?

I met a guy from Armagh recently whose brother had orchards in Armagh. All his apples were destined for Clonmel. I wonder if some of them are staying locally now

From their site:
"Unlike many Ciders, Carsons Cider is produced exclusively from fresh pressed apple juice and contains no artificial flavours, colours or sweetners."

TBN, it's always Easter, so I assume it'll be the same. They usually plaster posters all over Cork before they get around to updating their website, so maybe one of our roving reporters will let us know.

*sob* That looks wonderful! But I'll either be on-call the Saturday night, or if I can swap out of it, I'll be in Edinburgh <!-- s:( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" title="Sad" /><!-- s:( -->

Should be interesting to see what they are brewing

If anything. You just never know these days...

My guess would be a stout, a red ale and a lager.
