How does the festival itself work guys...is it paid entry?

No Steve we have never charged entry to a festival. There will be a bar set up outside with 14 hand pumps and a small keg section
This year will be a little different as there are so many new breweries and they do not all have cask or winter beer
What we are going to do is have a meet the brewer section upstairs for those breweries. We will have two on Friday night and four on Saturday. I'll post times etc on the Facebook page closer to the date

Of course, it's public train and public beer festival. Join us in carriage C to get to know us.

Is there usually much left on the Sunday? I'm in Waterford (Lismore/Cappoquin)on the Friday and Saturday, might try and pop down on the Sunday if there'll be anything left.

Something will be left. There probably won't be too many specials. Easter is in March this year so breweries will wait till easterfest.
