I think freeform is the way to handle the night.
As regards dates, i'll leave it to you guys and gals to work on that.
Any day of the week is fine, but on friday on saturday it would have to start before 7pm (the cut of for table reservations).
And obviously myself and Declan want to join the fun, so a week day is preferable, or sunday.

What about a weekend afternoon? Nothing like a pint on a lazy afternoon.
