Been thinking about the "format" for the tasting, and how freestyle tasting works. How's this:
Bring along your beers (or interesting commercial ones). If you are bringing in your own beer, bring them in a day or so before so they're settled in the coolroom. Put them in a clearly marked box or bag so they don't get sold as a one case wonder <!-- s:P --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_razz.gif" alt="

If you want to swap with someone to bring a bottle home with ya, do so.
If you want to sample stuff there, grab a few glasses so you can pour your beer out to hand out, and that way people can move about hunting and gathering if they like. Unlike last time, we're not gonna create a schedule. Maybe Silenus can tell us what time food would be. That and the start time of 7:00 - 7:30 is about as much of a schedule I'm going to propose! <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="

Don't forget to buy beers there too to support the B&C who are kind enough to host this! <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="

I'll print out a bunch of tasting forms like last time just in case people want to keep notes. But this time, keep them for your reference. You can mail the brewers comments if you like.
Other than all that, I plan on sampling as much as I can and having a nice relaxed evening of quality beer! <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="

Oh, and if you are going, please let us know on this thread[/url:enecvlg0] so we have an idea of numbers. Thanks!
