The guts of the recipe is in the Visit to Hooker Brewery[/url:5baaf5s3] article:

Hops
Bittering hops: 1st Gold and Fuggles
Late Hops: Saaz end of boil, Cascade in whirlpool.
Bitterness target: 35 IBUs

Grist Load: 90% Pearl, 7% malted wheat, 3% crystal

Gravity: OG: 1.041 PG: 1.007
Fermentation Temperatures: Initial temp of 19oC to top temp of 22oC
Conditioning: 1oC for a minimum of 4 weeks, usually 6 six weeks if possible
Filtered at 1oC to 10 microns
Carbonated to 2.5 vols

(Yeast is not mentioned in the article but it's the Chico strain - US05)

I had a day of firsts yesterday!! first visit to the bull and castle and my first galway hooker impressed with both!! <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D --> will be sampling both again soon

well in my defence i only found out about it when I joined!! <!-- s:shock: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_eek.gif" alt=":shock:" title="Shocked" /><!-- s:shock: --> and I'm not one for going to town much, just go to the local (quinlans)

Never hAd unreliable Hooker. Actuall about a fortnight ago it was the first time i had four pints of Hooker in a row.- watchign a Munster rugby game. I usually mix drinks in the Bierhaus. Needlsss tosay Hooker stayed up as great as it always is!
