It's nearly there (it's running on my Experia Pro right now). I have one issue to sort out and then I have to add 'My Location' functionality and that will be v1.0 ready for release.

Yes, but only to Beoir members and even then they'll probably be queued for review rather than going live into the directory. The main functionality will be for members to change the 'beer available' list as this seems to be the data that gets stale the quickest.

Prior to that however, there will be a Review/Rate capability.
