Hi all,
I'm happy to announce that we have just tapped the first cask of our Mixed Berry Weiss here on the first floor at Messrs Maguire!
A mix of our new recipe Weiss beer with fresh fruits (Blackberry, Raspberry, Black Currant and Red Currant), it's turned into a refreshing, mildly fruity summer quencher.
I'm brewing tomorrow so come on by for a pint and a look at our brewery in action!
Cheers,
Mel

Good to hear! Is this the one that you had down in Oslo?

It's a new batch of Weiss we casked for the Taste of Dublin. We've finally brought in a hand engine and are ready to go with it! Hopefully it's the first in a long line of cask ales here at Messrs!

Hang on, is this the Irish "first floor" or the American "first floor"?

That's a good question; although it's not much of a walk to find out, really. <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D -->

My wife will be super excited. (And I won't lie, I'll probably be sampling it, too.)

Super brave, Melissa!

(I still vote for a chilled cask of dry-hopped unfiltered lager, in the future, though. "Real Lager"$$ I really think it could take off; especially with the less beer geeky crowd.)
