Sell it to Diageo, then that would happen really soon. Hooker is great but I don't think it should be in every bar in every town, they'd no longer be the small operation there are now. I like variety, in my dream world there are about one hundred small craft breweries in Ireland, every bar has a few local beers on tap, nowhere sells everything. So it's a bit of a lucky dip what you will get in the craft tap. Make going to a different town an adventure, none of this homogenisation malarkey.

Except for the Bull and Castle of course, that should serve every beer.

I'd be willing to plug the massive gap between your dream and the stark reality with Hooker in every pub. I think it would be a triumph. I also wish they'd get their act together and make a big push to have it bottled. My impression is that at the moment they lack the ambition to really expand the business. I hope that changes
