after our first ever attempt at a beer fest here at the bierhaus cork it proved a undoubted success. we only poured o haras all weekend and the reaction was v positive, just wanted opinions on what people thought of my potential plan to replace guinness with o haras---opinions from a micro brew prospective craft brewers and business prospective welcome.

I shall endevor to change that this week.
I've never seen it on draught though, else I'd definitely have tried it. It's just when faced with a selection of bottles - oh so many different bottles to try!!!

O'Hara's beceause a) it tastes of stout and b) because it's made by an Irish company. But mostly a).

Ken, you can get O'Hara's on draught in Ely CHQ. They don't do Guinness.

Dave, I think it's a brilliant plan. Especially given that Guinness is made by them Dublin ones and you wouldn't know what they'd be putting in it. You'll need big posters saying "No you can't have G*****ss: you're in Cork now, boy".

It's a wine bar in the Docklands, out the back of the IFSC (Google map[/url:2yjhxd5l]). Quite nice to sit outside of an evening. Just a shame about all the banking types with sunglasses on their heads.
