I would never have presumed that the metallic flavour I complain about is actually caused by metal. I think if it was a real off-flavour more people would complain about it, because I get it from a [i:1mg4gujz]lot[/i:1mg4gujz] of English bitters. I suspect it's much more to do with my wonky sense of taste than anything else.
