Actually, that's not too bad. It's not just a boat, it's your accommodation too. Break it down per person and compare it to self catering or B&B in the same area, at the same time of year.
I guess not. If a couple were going it's pricey, but the more on board the more economical it gets.
I'd say anything more than three nights and people would start getting cabin fever though.
You would have to be out and about a lot. Cruise for half a day, dock, have lunch, go for a cycle, see whatever is around and then off to the pub for some cask beer. I could think of worse ways of spending a week.
