I was there the weekend this went down("franciscan well tap takeover") five other non carlow/franwell taps left on. i asked the staff on and they were adamant it was only temporary yet diageo 13hop already on and the blackboard already wiped out. Its not just heio but diageo and MC in force now
Nothing to do with blog. All will become a little clearer soon.
All I can say is to leave any staff out of it. This was an executive decision based on a circumstance that might not have been anticipated, but perhaps should have been.
They still have some Irish craft, more than most in the area.
