They have done a commercial deal a while back to to push out craft, not the only bar to cut back on craft in Dublin btw, problem is "H" are playing this low key as others will step up for the hand out and H can't buy the favour of every pub on the island <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) -->
I know this year the macros will start buying micros as per the US.
Imho quality craft beer for people who are passionate, educated drinkers is here to stay in spite of some agressive commercial gestures from the big boys.

Declan Nixon (@cara_eire) confirmed it yesterday morning. It's an absolute disgrace. I'm sure that it breaks competition rules and abuses a monopolistic position by the macros.
Remember, the Merchants Arch, The Palace and The Crowbar all have craft too...
