The Galway Home Brew Club meets on the last Wednesday of each month at 7pm at 091 Labs.
New members are always welcome; stick a post up on this message board or come along to a meeting.

The last meeting was great fun. There were over a dozen different brews being shared. It looks good for this month too.
We'll probably follow the same format this month - two or there hours tasting and talking home brew before heading down to the Salt House for one or two more beers.

It will be just two days before my big day so I'm going to bring along a sample of the wedding beers I've been busy brewing:

American pale ale
Bog water brown ale
Some sort of dark ale

Ah there's a new West forum!

Enjoyed the last Galway Home Brew Club meeting - great to try what others were brewing and get some ideas! Have two new brews ready for this month, coffee stout and a golden pale ale.

Got my first all-grain (BIAB) in the fermenter now, down at 1.006 after 5 days. Tempting to bottle a few but I'll try save it for the following month.
