Thanks guys,
TBN, I have a feeling the Larkfield Brewery will dissolve now, but some of the original recipes will continue on, particularly the Mulligan Porters and the IPAs. May have one more brew day before we go!
Ken, Yep, that was a large factor in my decision. I was thinking that it would be better to give it a go than potentially regretting not going. At least I'll know!
BITR, I'm proud to say that I [i:26o0jnh7]did[/i:26o0jnh7] spend several years of my life living around the [i:26o0jnh7]real [/i:26o0jnh7]Munster, between Cork (Fermoy), Tipp (Emly), Clare (Newmarket on Fungus) and Limerick. If my work wasn't in Dublin I think my Wife would have liked us to move to Tipp or Clare. <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="

What am I going to do without my beloved Galway Hooker? <!-- s:shock: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_eek.gif" alt=":shock:" title="Shocked" /><!-- s:shock: --> I'm gonna have to get the exact recipe, or get it shipped over <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt="
