Hi all,
I'm currently completing an MSc in Brewing and Distilling at Heriot Watt university and will be a fully qualified Brewer in September. So far I am top of the class and I won a Distillers Company ([url:2chdy6z3]http://www.distillers.org.uk[/url:2chdy6z3]) scholarship for acing the exams last semester. Over the summer, I will be working working at Diageo on my masters project. Naturally, I am also a keen homebrewer. I have a technical knowledge of all aspects of production from raw materials to finished packaging.
I'm based in Dublin and will be looking for work at a microbrewery in or around Dublin from September.
