Do they need to age for long?
I wonder are any reasonably decent commercial wines made using some type of 'kit'?

I tried the three Pinot Grigio price band kits 30ish 50 ish and 90 ish, on herself and she has a good wine pallet through consumption rather than education.
She of course preferred the cheaper one with all of her mates.

I have to say I have done about 7-8 wine kits now and none of them I would score 10/10 v's a bottle most have been 7 or 8's.

That's not bad 7or8/10. I'm only toying with the idea at the moment. I really need to brew a load of recipes I have lined up and get that out of my system. It's just every now and then when I'm buying wine I wonder about the kits

I presume white wines dont need much aging just like their commercial counterparts so many try one of them. Ill report back as im going to drink a bottle every month
