Howdy folks,

Mike from the Limerick Lady Brewing Co. here, were looking to have a pow wow with anyone in or around the Limerick area interested in a possible position as a brewmaster with our company.

We are contract brewing our first brew which should be available as a limited edition within the next 3 months, and intending to open a brewery within the next 12 months.

Here is the advertisment that we placed in An Focal, Student Newspaper in the University of Limerick targeted at the food sciences students out there;

do you know your pressed from your fluid yeast? Your Alpha from your Beta Acids? your ale from your lager malt? If so you might be the person we are looking for.

Although previous commercial brewing experience would be an advantage, we would love to here from home brewers, as training can be given in most industrial equipment, the talent to brew a great brew is a little hared to find.

Requirements;

A passion for Limerick
A passion and a knowledge of the science of brewing
A previous demonstrated work ethic
Willingness to work within a start up company environment

I've been hearing people around Limerick talk about your planned brewery. I'm not a brewmaster but I do homebrew and have a bit of manufacturing experience. So if you need a hand with anything let me know, I'm at a loose end here and don't mind helping out.
