Hi,
We want to set up a home brew group in UCC and we are looking for someone to come in and do an introductory class with a group of 15-20 people. to talk about equipment to use when first starting, techniques, recipes and just general guidance. We are starting this up under the environmental society and have a small kitty so we can pay something for someone to come in. please let me know if you would be interested or know of anyone who would be. we would hope to hold this during February.
