The Dark Horse will open soon making that four GWB pubs in Dublin as well as the four in Galway.
How have they managed to expand so quickly in Dublin, are all the previous pubs profitable enough to fund the next or is their private owners of some of these new pubs?
Tis a buyers market. Take over a pub that's on its way out and copy and paste the plan for the other bars. They have the distribution setup already so its just a matter of adding another stop to the delivery van. The Galway bay beers will be high margin beers plus they are not the cheapest pub around. Great pubs as well in my opinion.

Yeah, I see that the Galway Bay Pints are literally liquid profit. I just thought there could have been more than met the eye with such rapid expansion what with licences costing a bomb. But with every new pub they've more ammo to make a new one.
