Hi,

Nice to meet you all! Great forum. I have a quick question.

Do you of anyone supplying a similar product in ireland to this product which is provided by a company in Tunbridge Wells in UK:

Its a great idea. I know some of you experts may think this is just a gimmick but I'd thought I'd try it.

For that price I would prefer to buy a bottle of already matured VERY GOOD whiskey, or two bottles of a GOOD one <!-- s8) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_cool.gif" alt="8)" title="Cool" /><!-- s8) -->

Not really. As a result of brewing u'll get a product which you can mature and at least you'll knew what's in it. With that deal you'll get an expensive bottle of poteen from unknown location.

Thanks Jacob, Donnacha for the responses (even for the critical ones). The question was not whether anyone thought it was a good idea. The question is - anyone supplying these kits in Ireland?

With the recent surge in interest in Irish Whiskey - maybe its a product that could be sold from Ireland to the world?
