Have a gallon of it in the boot of my car. Expensive way to make cider though . Over €1 a pint before fermenting and supply your own bottles. It's sold with sulphites added and relying on naturally occurring yeast for fermentation

Fermentation has taken off. Sitting on the ensuite at about 18deg. Has anyone done the stove top pasteurising thing from hbt to get a sweet cider? Seems ingenious!!!
