I would agree -

Meantime Brewing with Alastair Hook - use Pale Ale Malt over MO from same supplier for consistency.

Personally I prefer pale ale malt - don't get the fascination with MO.

Brewers in UK say MO gives a more crisp bite and biscuity flavour to beer but I'm not convinced of a significant difference. I alternate and mix between the two quite regularly in the beers I make and no customers pick up on it. Even the many CAMRA members we get in
