So has anyone been to Naples and know of a craft beer bar that I might get a chance to try some of italy's finest next weekend?

An off licience will do if you can point me in the right direction!

I know I'm probably looking for a needle in a place that doesn't understand the concept of what a needle is but... always worth a try?

Ok I take it back, the Campania region of Italy has a similar number of craft breweries as Ireland.
