Just back and I have to say that 'The Ship and Mitre' on Dale Street is a must! If you go drinking in Liverpool and dont go here you've missed out big time. The selection of craft beers and ciders both local and across the globe is great! I was like a fat child in a chocolate factory. I had a pint of that Belguim Fruli Strawberry beer 4.1% to start.And finished with a St Stefanus 7% just to see me back up the street.
Didnt care too much for 'The Phil' and thought 'The Fly in the Loaf' was a much better spot.
I remember Liverpool to be a much cheaper place to drink in but not sure if its just that I styaed out of Wspoons and Oneills , but I spent a bleeding fortune this time around. Not cheap anymore
