It's a blogger site- Go to the Settings (should appear on the left of the page) and you will see 'Title', followed by your current title and then 'Edit'. Click on edit and change the title. You will probably need to change the web address under 'Publishing' too. Again just click on 'Edit' next to the current address.

To change the email address- you are going to have to 'Invite' the new address by clicking on 'Add Authors' and entering the new email address. After you click on 'Add Authors' you will need to open the email that blogger sends you to accept. After that you need to change 'Permission' on the new email/author and set for admin rights. After this you can remove the old address.

Geoff, go to Settings > Basic? The second section down is titled 'Publishing', it only contains 1 item called Blog Address. Just click 'Edit' and just change the URL.
