Hello, I just joined your site for the simple fact that I love craft beer and will be over from Chicago for my cousins wedding in July. I'm a homebrewer and have been brewing for 15 years. While I'm over I want to take a brewery tour or at least enjoy some local craft brews. My stay will be from July 11th to 18th. That Saturday is the wedding with events Friday and Sunday so my touring will be a few sessions at best. My cousins live in Tralee so where to go in/around Tralee would be much appreciated!
Also if any brew clubs or home brewers are having a brew day I would
love to stop by. My club is BOSS "brewers of south suberbia".

Brics Brew pub is about 1hour.

Craft beer in a couple of places in Killarney also I think.

If you click on "Beoir Directories" you can search by county. As mentioned above there are two breweries listed and several pubs, mainly in Dingle. Thank you for the reply. I will put these on my list. I want to bring a few bottles of homebrew- mead and Russian imperial stout as gifts. They will be labeled ,will I have trouble getting them through London (I have a layover there) in my suitcase? The States will let up to 4 bottles of wine or spirits and a case of beer.

If theyre in your checked in luggage you should be ok.
