Hi, just looking for some information regarding how to go about getting a supply of craft products. I am involved in the running of a Bar/Restaurant in Co.Louth. I would really love to start selling craft beers ideally a draught Ale & Blonde/Lager. I need to tread gently at 1st to try and win over the locals. Is it better just to make contact directly with a few brewers and see what works out best for all. No problem driving to pick up supply as I reckon they will be trying to keep costs to a min. Again any info would be a great help.

Probably the best thing to do is try some of the beers yourself to see what you think would sell best, if you can make it to Galway this weekend there's a craft beer festival in salt hill where a lot of the breweries are represented.
