It's my take on Rogue Shakespeare Oatmeal Stout, but believe me it looks better than it tastes!
Yeah, the head is from the beer engine. It surges like draught stout too, but as it's CO2 and not N2 it doesn't have the same longevity. There's very little CO2 in the beer now, which really helps the white creamy head. At first, when there was maybe 2 vols, it gave a more fizzy looking brown head as in the very first picture.
