I'm a home brewer plain and simple and proud of the fact!

I make good beer if your preconcieved ideas of what I do stop you from enjoying it, thats your loss <!-- s:wink: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt="" title="Wink" /><!-- s:wink: -->

How can you say you are amateur,so many brewers here take a professional approach to brewing.

Because if you are not professional, you are amateur. It's the definition of the word.

No two ways about it. If you want a creamy head on your pint of stout the easy way to do it is a beer engine with sparkler.

I can understand Guinness's desire to replicate it, and their motivation for doing so (their solution requires no skills or cellarmanship required, and therefore Guinness own you), but the auld beer engine really is the real McCoy.
