We buried my 37 year old first cousin, apparently healthy, jogged, didn't drink too much, didn't smoke....he dropped dead on the 15th on the Aran Islands. He was married only a few years ago, his child is 11 months old.

You never know when your time is up.

It always frightens me when someone that young dies suddenly.

Condolences. It's never good to lose someone but it's worse when they are still very young.
