I'm pretty sure my wife pointed it out to me just before it was sold, and it was less than €300k. In fact it might have been less than €200k. It was the keen price that made it noticeable anyway.

It is a great location, but generally a soulless pub with nothing to make it anything other than ordinary.

Dun Laoghaire has NO craft beer or decent pub option and I think the city council prefers it that way, unfortuantely. Monkstown at least as the FXB pub creatively called "The Pub" at least.
