Hi all,

We are about to open a new craft & foreign beer draft house in Cork and feel that this is the best place to start our recruitment. We are looking for someone who is;
* knowledgeable in beer, ale & porter and understands the production process
* in tune with the Irish craft producers
* has bar technical experience
* can tap a good cask beer
* able to recommend at least 30 different good bottles
* knows which whiskey should be served with every bottle

Great to see a bar taking their beer seriously and trying to recruit from those who do the same.
