Paddy Cullen's in Ballsbridge has Rebel Red on tap.

Also, if you don't mind a 20 minute walk The Merrion Inn has Galway Hooker and Howling Gale.

Yeah Paddy Cullens is across the road - not too familiar with the pubs around there - was in bellamys up the road when irealnd played in the RDS a couple of times, but wasnt aware of any craft beer available. Town is a very short hop away on the dart, and theres no end of craft beer there these days. But its Dublin, concentrated, and I know you're not into that.
I also might say the people who hang around in the pubs around the RDS are not reprasentative of real dubliners (IMO - and I'll leave it up to you to decide if thats a good thing or a bad thing <!-- s:) --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_smile.gif" alt="" title="Smile" /><!-- s:) --> )
