So whats the best home brew you have ever made/tasted??
There was talk during the week of batches that have been so bad they got dumped but what are the real stand out homebrews people have had that have put many pro brewers to shame.
I know there have been beers at the B&C meet up that i would happily pay for.

For me i think my best brews so far were a Double IPA i did a year or so ago and an all apollo APA.

Tough topic this because apart from a small taste at a meeting, the only person who drinks your homebrew is usually yourself so it's not usually a case we can pinpoint on particular example.

I have never had to dump a batch. I did have one called wheaty goodness which got a little infection and was iffy when freshly tapped (keg) but after a few weeks in the fridge it mellowed out and became a beautiful Berlinnerweisse like beer.

Was going to dump an iffy dunkel weizen. I will give it another chance today.
