nurse Topic Author Offline Posts: 18	Thanks all for the warm welcome. Nursing a hangover today from my mountmellick larger. It is light in taste, but easy to go down, hense the hangover. What can i add to it to give it more body, for the next time i brew it. All advice welcome.

bigears Offline Posts: 2832	Did you make the kit up with sugar/glucose? If so you can substitute DME (Dry Malt Extract aka Spraymalt) next time, this will make it more malty and will add body.
