Joy. I'll mention it on livinghistory.ie - guys there are fond of brewing...

If you find the time, it'd be a good idea to give more info on some of the ingredients....most people have no idea what 'Optic Malt' is, for instance...what beers it's best for, etc.

Got some new stock during the week. I now have the following new hops in stock.

Pioneer vacuum packed 100g
Perle vacuum packed 100g
Galena vacuum packed 100g
Mount Hood vacuum packed 100g
Willamette vacuum packed 100g
Liberty vacuum packed 100g
Amarillo vacuum packed 100g
Nelson Sauvin vacuum packed 100g

New grains 500g bags

Rauchmalz - crushed
Melanoidin Malt - crushed
Flaked Barley crushed
Torrefied Wheat crushed

Also got some 3 kg bags of Wheat spray Malt and some
Wyeast American Ale Yeast 1056. These should go up on the site over the weekend along with a few other things.

I have also been told from supplier that Tettnang, Brambling Cross and Galena will be out of stock for the rest of the season.
