I'm looking to do a lager and an thinking of this yeast strain simply because i done have temp control to do a true lager. Where i ferment normally sits at around 20 and i think i can drop 5 degrees off and maintain by sitting in a deep builders bucket. Has anyone had good results with this yeast?
I'm only looking to do a lager simply because i have never done an all grain lager.
