Usually they say cool and dark without temperature fluctuations.

Some people are flipping the standard advice on its head though, saying that if you subject the beer the temperature fluctuations it will undergo the aging process more quickly which will give you a more aged flavor in a shorter period of time.

Was looking through my bottles and found a few bottles of 8 degrees Christmas beer from last year. Anyone know if they are putting this beer out again this hear? Put by a six pack so would be I treated to see bow the spices have developed.

I found one too in my beer fridge hey said they should be a new batch out in a while
