Just caught the end of a guest he had on today, not even sure who it was. He was promoting some beer fest in Cork this weekend, in the "Whitehorse" if I heard right.
Anyway there was some discussion on paring beer with food and this guy reccomended an IPA.
Tom had to question what that was. He ended the discussion by declaring he was off out to search for an IPA, as it sounded like his ideal beer.

It was great I never get to hear or see stuff about beer so I was chuffed, pity I didnt get the whole interview.
Anyone else hear it, or have some more information on it!

He mentioned yesterday he was having Richard Fox on, so I guess that's who it was.
