I've updated the forum settings so that only those who have paid (or are arranging to pay) their 2011 Beoir subscription have access to the members' forum.

ok - this is probably way off topic for this thread but ... have you done the Lidle Turbo Cider before? I was gonna do it, but due to my inexperience & whatnot I thought I didn't want to risk the "freestyle" experiment so early in my "career" as a home brewer & went with a muntons cider kit while i'm waiting to complete my AG equipment, I was afraid to do the Lidle thing in case it turned out crap thought the it was a safer bet - any opinions thoughts ? - fancy shifting this out to another thread ? (hope its not there already, only asking as I spotted it in your sig)
