Hi,

I have just finished building our tasting room at Beer Club HQ in Kimmage. I am now looking to start organising the summer programme of beer tastings, I have a number of suppliers lined up but I would also like to do an introduction to beer night/class. Lots of people are new to craft / good beer and I think it would be really beneficial to have the beer making process etc explained. Is there anyone out there who would be interested in helping out? we can pay in beer <!-- s:wink: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_wink.gif" alt="" title="Wink" /><!-- s:wink: -->

The Institute of Brewing & Distilling do beer tasting courses. You could even do a course yourself?
