I was in Boots in the UK yesterday. I noticed several sleep aids like Nytol now have a herbal version[/url:3qee5508], and the herbal versions all list hop oil/extract as their main ingredient!

not surprised hop tea has long been high regarded as a sleep aid. not a big fan of the taste though so i stick to a nice ipa
