It does look nice and shiny and fermentation temperature control is always good, but as halite pointed out, it's still kit beer. Serving from the fermentor means that you can't have a beer serving and another fermenting, which is a pain.

I wonder how they magically make a beer mature and ready to drink in 7 days? I must be doing something wrong.
