Are we allowed bitch? 15 years 2 months ago #1

Just had appallingly bad service from one of the suppliers.

First time customer too. Never again will I do business with them.

I'd say its up to you. If you find that it may spare someone a negative experience in the future, it's worth it. Just try to be fair, no assumptions, etc...

Have you tried to resolve the problem directly with the supplier BTW?

It's absolutely essential that you've explained the whole thing to the supplier first, and given them a chance to respond. The supplier will come on here and tell their side of the story and we don't need to see either of your dirty laundry.

I'm not going to go into it.

But suffice to say I've dealt with all Irish suppliers now and found customer service to be a mixed bag, with plenty of room for improvement, some more than others. My advice would be not to treat customers like you're entitled to them, and that how you treat them will determine if they'll come back. Remember the customer has to feel like their winning when dealing with you.

You win here, you win there, Biwinning even.

While I agree with TBN, I've no problems with people posting negative feedback on suppliers. If there is a trend of one supplier getting consistent negative feedback then thats something I'd like to know when Im choosing who to buy my next shipment off. One whinger wont make my mind up but a few may sway my business...
And if whingers are being unfair, the supplier has the chance of defending themselves
